Debt records of violated (unpaid) tolls become viewable at Ziraat Bank and Finansbank branches and OTOYOL A.Ş. and KGM website following a checking process of a few days after the passing. In case of failure to pay the toll within 15 (fifteen) days (in case the 15th day falls on an Official Holiday, then by the end of the first working day following the official holiday), a 1 (one) fold penalty is added to the toll. If such total amount is not paid within 45 (forty-five) days, the penalty amount will be 4 (four) times and the legal action will be initiated. In this respect, you are hereby notified that the toll and 4 (four) times penalty amount will be pursued and collected together with the costs of court fees, attorney fee and legal interest to be accrued. For this reason, if you have a violated (unpaid) toll, we recommend that you keep making inquiries on the websites of OTOYOL A.Ş. and KGM on various days within 15 days following such unpaid toll.
Or, as a much easier way; you can download OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobile Application and register your vehicle license plate number into the application and “receive notification” option is activated, you will be automatically notified of your violated (unpaid) tolls applied to your plate number upon a few day-checking process.
If there is an HGS tag account issued for your vehicle, established before the violated (unpaid) pass/toll or newly established within 15 days following the date of the pass, in addition to other debit payment methods, the toll will be tried to collect automatically from that account within the 15-day penalty-free period following the violated (unpaid) pass in order to help you in respect to payment. However, failure of automatic collection will not relieve the vehicle owner from his/her liability to make payment and no liability can be attributed to Otoyol Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. in such a case. In order to avoid any problems, please remember that your accounts linked to your HGS tag account received from PTT must have an automatic payment instruction given through a deposit account, overdraft account or a credit card with a sufficient limit.
We would like to remind you that in order to ensure automatic collection, there must be a single active tag with no balance problem in the tag account, registered to your vehicle license plate number and attached onto the vehicle in accordance with the installation instructions.
Payments regarding the debt record of the violated (unpaid) pass can be made via T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. or QNB Finansbank A.Ş. branches and internet banking systems of these banks, after inquiry at igs.otoyolas.com.tr internet address and choosing "make payment" option or OTOYOL A.Ş. Mobile Application.
Payments made to any banks or other accounts other than "Gebze-İzmir Otoyolu" or "Otoyol A.Ş" account at Ziraat Bank or Finansbank branches are invalid.
In order to avoid encountering any problems regarding your debt payments, we strongly recommend that you make your payments before the deadline, taking into account that payments or collections may not be realized after working hours.
